To make and receive calls through the web browser, logon to https://phone.dcboe.com with your extension number and password.  At the top of the page, select which device you would like to use:

If the Fanvil phone is selected then your web browser will control your desk phone.  When you initiate a call through the web browser, the desk phone will dial that number in speakerphone mode.

If "Web Client" is selected then you can make and receive calls through the speakers and microphone on your computer.

The method of dialing a number works the same both ways.  You could either click the phone icon by one of the names in the directory, or you could click the number pad button and dial a number manually.
